Temporary expositions

In 1963 the Amsterdam Tropenmuseum bought the Sick sample collection made by 200 glass beads, in total 22.000 beads, among which we can find many millefiori and rosetta beads made by Ercole Moretti without mistake.

In 2001 the kitaichi V. A. M. requested us the whole original collection of the museum for the show 'Italy in Japan - The Art of Millefiori glass' which took place in Japan at Otaru, Sapporo.

In 2003 a collection similar to the one of the museum was given for the opening of the Museum of the Venetian Bead and of the lace at Palazzo Rota in Venice.

In 2004 the M. de la C. et de la C. de F. bought from Ercole Moretti a historical collection identical to the one of our museum which will be part of the m. N. des A.... of Marseille.

In 2007 the Museum of Natural History of Milan and the Centre of Studies of African Archeology organized the photos' show 'Trade beads from Venice to the Gold Coast' in Accara, Ghana, with photos of products coming from our museum.

In 2008 there were beads of our museum in the show 'Venetian Beads for West and Africa' at the Museum of Natural History of Milan.

In 2009 some objects of our museum were exhibited in the show 'African Beads, from Venice to the World' which took part in the stables of the Villa Borromeo, in Arcore.

In december 2009 - Jennuary 2010 exibithion 'A century of venetian beads - History of Ercole Moretti Factory of Murano' in Caffè Florian of Venice  -  Florence - London -  Dubai  - Abu Dabi.
